Yesterday we took a telecabine 1000 meters up a mountain overlooking Geneva called the Saleve. Although it was a little hazy, it still provided some great views and we spent a few hours hiking around. You'll see in one of the pics below a communications tower used for cell phone and broadcasting. On a clear day we can see this mountain-top tower from our house, about 20k away!
